The Flatlanders tickets were beautiful voice in particular jimmie dale gilmore. it is a shame that he did not a solo show in dallas for a long time. they played many tunes from their new cd and a beautiful sampling of tunes from their front cd over a few they have each made a career long and rich history. the backup tape was good especially rob gjerso (sp?) who played guitar lead for gilmore in performances dating back many years. i did not love of house of blues as a place. if you want to close and personal that you have to take and i am too old to do it. it makes me pine for the good days ole to the caravan of dreams.
